Ludwig has gone and so have the photos from this thread. Did some clever forward thinking person happen to screen save the photos?

Thanks
Glen

Nah. Bugger. I saved the link though. Also used his top mount idea on both my commando's.

Nice fellow
Very helpful.
I also miss his pictures and rides
+1..... heck of a brain on that boy, as he had many ideas that were "out of the box" so to speak. He built a beautiful bike, and I too wished I had saved his info. Cj

I suppose PMing him is out of the question. Would anyone know his real email address. I suppose to controllers of this site might have it. I wonder if they can get in touch with him Jerry/??//

PM might work. Did you try?

I anticipated him taking his ball and going home at some point so I saved a few of his pics. If you want to pm me I can email them to you. I'd download them but my iPad quit updating in 2014 so photo bucket no longer works.

Yes, as I recall he was annoyed with our Hobot and deleted a number of posts in another thread then the photos from the 300 lb thread went AWOL. Not likely he will be returning them although I see he visited the site on November 2 , 2016.
I'll send you a PM, great that you saved some photos.

Thanks
Glen

He also used to be on the Britbike forum, I haven't been there for years so don't know if that would do any good, but he may well get a pm. I pm'd him in the past and gotten responses, although his attitude was if you own a Norton and don't have a complete machine shop and the knowledge to go along with it, you're a fool.

The thread is still here, no problem finding that, just the all important photos are missing.

Glen

I'm pretty sure those pics weren't copyrighted and they were shared publicly so if someone would post them here it would save me a few emails. Gratsi

I too miss Ludwigs input, he has not been active on the Britbike forum either for the last two years.
