Lose Pea shooter Baffle

I want to secure a lose baffle, but would like some impute where to drill. I'm not going for "shoot it with the rifle method" :roll:

What kind of american are you :?: :?: :?: You should have one of those "drills" somewhere ready to go. Why not send it to Hobot, he would do it with pleasure :mrgreen:

Duh dude peashooters are consumables just like tires and carb slides, ain't no non traumatic solutions to loose baffles as can't reach in to weld w/o cutting them open and even if can tack down the tail end the front is likely broke too to will soon take out the wimpy repair. I got ~1000 miles out of pre-shot-to-shit silencers by drilling sheet metal and esculating up sizes of wood lag bolts every so often till up to telephone size bolts and run out of sheet metal to grip and bigger than 1/2" OD bolts.
You know how they ended their noise annoying life to be donated to Biker bar to hang in display along with its closest relatives, Harley parts. Two outer style types of reverse cones, those sexy smooth tapper all the way down of those blunter necked down to header kind. Some are smoothed over welds others not.
Usually run ~$150 each but Commando Specialties has a sale on $60 each.
