Looking for a list of the most powerful non lithium sized YTX14AH motorcycle batteries. Its exceedingly difficult to find information on CCA of any certain sized battery as the advertisers don't sometimes mention the ratings

Why non-Lithium? I have a Shorai Lithium as recommended in my CNW electric start mk2a, and it has been wonderful over the past 5 years or so. It is well over 300cca
I also have the same battery as flatspot that is even older than his and love the way it works. It made me a big fan of LI batteries

Me too. I currently have Shorai in all of my road bikes.

But I do realise that some folk are (understandably) concerned by Li batteries reputation for fire hazard.

I must have been using Shorai for nearly 20 years. My (totally uneducated) assumption is that the fire risk comes from poor quality brand batteries and / or chargers.

Anyone with cordless power tools, cordless shavers, mobile phones, tablets, laptops tops, smart weighing scales, Apple Watches / FitBits, e bikes, ear buds, vapes, EVs, etc already has a house full of lithium batteries … I’m not quite sure why motorcycle batteries (good quality ones, charged correctly) should be seen as any more of a risk than these others?
