Leaking engine case

So I bought a Norton Atlas last year and finally got tired of all the leaks. This bike didn't leak oil, it oozed oil from everywhere! In the clean up process the engine cases are VERY porous. What do the pros use to seal these? clear lacquer? Or JB weld each hole? Thanks
 
Some paint the inside with red Glyptal varnish so you can see what's been painted. Also known as corona dope in the high voltage world. I would suggest thinning it and buy just before you use it because it thickens over time in storage.
