Lansdowne damper re upper bush

I will soon be in the possession of some new Lansdowne dampers. My question is: I have a pair of new unused paid for long upper bushes for the anti topping mod can they be used with the Lansdowne? The reason I am asking is I would rather not buy a pair of regular bushes if these will work with out interfering with the Lansdownes.
