Kill Switch

Whatever you choose , the button should be larger as it will probably be a panic where -is -the- switch- but- now situation.

I think any basic waterproof push-button, wired to ground when pushed, would work. The button on the works "hack" 650SS I rode, when working at N-V, saved my bacon when the throttles jammed wide open in rush-hour traffic. I'd have ended up among the passengers on the rear platform of an old-style double-decker bus otherwise.

That particular bike was magneto ignition. Whether grounding a coil/breaker system would burn something out, i'm not sure.

If you are talking about the Luca switch clusters contained in the aluminum housings, Sparx makes a nice replica, except it doesn't say Lucas on the housing.
Here is a link to a photo of the Sparx unit. http://www.oldbritts.com/17_39951.html
I have been told that it is not difficult to transer the switch gear from the new Sparx housing into the Lucas housing. Old Britts sells them, and probably others as well.

A ground switch is not suitable as it would cause a dead short.
