Not true and not fair. Norton affiliate dealers have know all along that they were facing an uphill battle with EPA. Now that EPA is passed, the factory's first priority is to clear the UK backlog and then start orders for export. If you are told upfront how long the wait will be and you still chose to purchase, you need to honor the commitment you make and not complain about it. Buying is ALWAYS a choice. No one makes you.
