G'Day chaps,

Got Mick Duckworth's 'Norton Commando' book for Christmas and have been enjoying the chapters on competition and track success, Peter Williams, etc. Does anyone know if there's any footage/film/dvd of the JPN Nortons or the Anglo Amercian match races 1971-73?

Happy new year to all Nortoneers (copyright Hobot I think!)

Many thanks

Thanks for posting those, Steve and John!

Does anyone here remember watching a tv documentary at the time that told the story of Peter Williams competing at the 1973 TT (the year he won the F750 race)? I would be interested to see it again. I wonder has it survived? It was certainly on British tv. Someone here might be able to recall the title. Duke Video might know more about it.

Or you could email Peter Williams: http://www.peterwilliamsracing.com/index.html

Hi Steve, Seeley, dave and Matt,

Thanks for the posts- some great viewing there. One of these days I will trawl You tube to see if there are any more. Thanks Dave for the idea about emailing Peter Williams. I was reading about his camshaft on his website a while a go and will email him about the doco. If the footage exists it should really be released- talk about giving your all- what a legend!

Will report back if I find anything.

All the best,
