is this trustable?

recently I have been contacted by email by a guy who is selling some norton parts. I am not sure how he did get my email and I am wondering if I should trust it or not. His name is dean & ruth.
Anyone of you had the chance to deal with this guy?

Sounds sketchy. Are they parts you've been looking for? Maybe you asked a friend about them a while ago, and they gave someone your contact info? Just a thought.

Does he wear a wig and makeup when the name used is Ruth ??!!

Be very wary of emails selling parts, very wary indeed.....
Someone on another list was sent a pic of HIS OWN BIKE which was being 'dismantled for parts' !!!
