Interpol horns

All the new wiring harnesses come with the wires for Interpol Horns. I have a high pitch horn on the horn switch and a low pitch horn on the "extra" switch (red/white wire) and can do a fair imitation of a French police car using these switches alternating. Is there a relay or something out there that will alternate the horns as came on the Interpol? This is just for fun. People here don't pay attention to the 150 dB ear-piercing wailing sirens of real police, so I'm not going to in trouble for impersonating a police office. No flashing lights (even my turn signals don't flash as it is). Just for grins, not for foul play.

Part 15 must be the unit that alternates the horns, yes? Any idea where I could find such a unit (other than off a police car or bike)?

Interesting stuff. I did some Googling and found some info on the Lucas HC3 horn controller. This used a multivibrator circuit to alternately drive 2 Lucas 6RA relays. British Only shows a part # of 05-60933006 for the controller and lists them new for $49.19 or used for $29.51. I think you could find something cheaper (with more modern technology) that would work or have your local EE whip one up for you. The HC3 looks pretty big too.
