I will be putting a Clubman dual adjuster on my 74 MKII as part of an e-start project. How does one locate and drill the hole for the 2nd adjuster eyebolt?

Take into account where the stock adjuster is and if it has the same range as the Clubman unit. Then you can measure back from the top bolt center and use the range and position to come up with the location of the mounting bolt. No sense one adjuster not being able to go as far either way as the other. If both adjusters have the same amount of thread, set the new one so it has enough range to pull as far as the other one pushes and vice versa.

Install the adjuster with the threaded portion facing forward or you'll never be able to access it with the primary assembled

Roger that. This will be for a cNw e-start, with belt drive. I think I'll wait for the kit to arrive before drilling anything. The inner chaincase gets replaced.
