If you mean the intermediate gear shaft drilling then yes, it is normally blanked off with a welch plug.

If you mean the hole is open at the back so you can see the crankcase through the hole then the welch plug must be missing?

This part has small notches on a part party only of its diameter, where from can it come?

It looks like the gear has been touching the primary chain, so it is the chain rubbing across the gear that caused the damage.

It is continuation reassembly of the primary transmission, last year, before I had never noticed it, change of Triplex, also a clutch alignment shime (06-0894 and 06-0895) was maybe forgotten, I go verified all this.

Thank you very much L.A.B

Hello,

The central part (number one picture L.A.B), in which there is the welch plug, does it exceed (does overtake) little of the inner chaincase, 1 millimeter, or not at all?

Is this what you mean? If it is, then yes, it is approximately 1.0mm higher than the surrounding surface.
