ID crankcase

Hello everyone!!
I think this is my third post!
Finding real good info here!

Can someone identify this crankcase, I've tried the Norton v.i.n. sites but can't get a clear idea of the year or model.
Was registered as a 70 commando, but it's not!
The vin is 18SS/M116170/P

If I'm reading it right it's a 1967 650SS (don't take that as fact!)
