You know, there aren't that many 961's about, so I feel absolutely privileged to be able to take mine out onto the winding country roads, leave changing gear 'till 5500rpm and just let her rip. Not many folk can do that, not many at all!

Happy St Georges Day!

You guys have a lot more 961s on your island than we have in North America, so I kind of know the feeling. Enjoy it. Just don't get run off the road by some putz trying to take your picture. Stay alert!!!

I live in Michigan USA and I love the fact that nobody in my area has a Norton 961.
I have a Commando SF and a Dominator Naked, anytime I ride either of them I get asked about them.
The best are when guys tell me stories of when they had a Norton back in their youth and how much they loved the Norton’s they rode. They are surprised to find out that Norton is back in business and how much the new 961 resembles the older bike.

Just had a big hug from a huge Indian guy in the local McDonalds who is an avid Royal Enfield rider back home and was totally blown away by the Norton!!!

PS he reckons the RE Continental retails for under £2000 in India!
