Last week, I took a trip on the Commando to visit family & friends in my hometown of Wolverhampton. It's also quite possibly the first time this Mk2 has been there since it left the factory on it's way to the US in late '73.

It is amazing how productive the UK has been. Even more amazing considering the size of it.

The US is similar. A huge swath of the country used to be heavy industry, the "Rust Belt". Now looks like a war zone, or simply wiped off the face of the earth.
