hello, i am a new guy to this forum but not new to nortons. in 1974 i bought a 1971 750 hi rider and rebuilt and road
the bike for 20 years. in 1994 i had to sell it to keep my house, and have been kicking myself eversince. not that i keep my house but that i sold my baby.soooo, last week i picked up a 1972 norton that needs tons of work. it has been sitting
in a shed for 25 years.it will take a long time to do it up right but i can not wait to ride the old girl. any menbers here
from mass.? any body remember the norton dealer in west bridgwater? knotty pine cycle shop?

Hi belsk, and welcome. Definitely some local Nortonisti - I'm just a couple miles west of Boston and know a few other fellow Norton owners/riders in the greater Boston area. I'm sure more will pipe up.

Hi, I'm from Rhode Island But I bought my first Norton Commando from "Notty Pine ",new back in 71
A Red Roadster that ended up being a fully Dunstalled 810
Sold it in the mid 80's

I'm about to enter therapy for what my MKIII is doing to me psychologically. Rebuilds are tough on the old brain.
