Head steady parts

I had the tank off of 'Pa', my trusty Norton for one reason or another and noticed the heim joints on my Dave Taylor Head-Steady were worn/loose even though I lube them on a regular basis. I can't seem to locate a source for these two joints can any one help with a lead for replacement?

stop oiling them the dust and dirt makes a great grinding compound.

Does any know the exact size of the two ends and thread pitch so that I may get one from McMaster-Carr or some such place?
