H-D single coil wiring question

Hi all,
I'm finally finishing the installation of a single Sportster coil and Pazon ignition on my Mk3. The two low tension terminals on the coil aren't marked with their polarity. Am I right in thinking it doesn't matter with a double ended coil? If not, how do I determine which end is which?

Otherwise, I'm nearly there & it's all pretty neat - I'll post pictures when it's all wired up.
