Hi All,

I have to tell you that tomorrow (Friday) will be my last day at Norton.

I have enjoyed a great 4 years here and had some great experiences and met some amazing people.

I am moving to a new opportunity which will help me to expand my skills and further my experience, I would like to say that I have not fallen out with Norton in any way, we remain very good friends and I still have a great deal of affection for the brand, and I wish all the best for the future.

Norton does have a new guy - Max, who has over 20 years experience in the industry and joined us 2 weeks ago so I could try to handover as best I can. He will support you very well and I am sure you guys will work well with him.

I hope you all continue to support the brand and enjoy your bikes. Keep it upright!

All the best

Rob

Rob,

Best wishes for the future, and thank you for all of your assistance.

You can always join the forum and check in with us ! Take Care .

Sad news for us and for norton James. Please keep in touch and let us know where you end up. All the best in your new exciting role.

I echo the comments posted, you will be missed. You managed to put a human face to customer contact and improved relationships significantly - your knowledge, and the willingness to share it will be a loss.
Good luck in your new venture -as they say, don’t be a stranger
John

I wish you all the success in your new venture Rob, thanks for all that you've helped us with.... welcome aboard Max!

Bon Chance Rob!

Still waiting for Max to introduce himself though...

C’mon Max don’t be shy...

We’re a friendly bunch... occasionally...;)

I too have had good dealings with Rob, sorry to see you go and thanks for the feedback to my emails.

However there are a number of owners here in NZ who have been trying to source parts for a number of months and can't even get a reply from the factory (via dealer or direct) let a lone pricing/delivery dates, i hope Max is given the resources to allow him to do his job.

By way of everyone else that has gone that extra mile at Norton.
All the best to you, Rob.
Thanks for caring.

Thanks Rob for all your support. I wish you best in you nee opportunity.
Best regards
