Gearbox bushes

Hi Gents
Purchasing a 2nd gear pinion bush from AN or RGM... do these come pre finished, or do they require reaming??
 
They are supposed to fit without any reaming.

And I remember right the bushes on 2nd & 3rd gear should be a sliding fit within the gears?

To clarify..
Which gears Main shaft & layshaft should the bushes rotate within them ..I have just replaced 3rd lay & 2nd main and they don't.. I had to press them in.
What concerns me is potential oil starvation issue, these were purchased from AN

Well, they should be free to rotate.
