Hi
Since the gearbox was rebuild for about 6 years ago I have had a small oil leak from output shaft. Back then, that shaft was replaced just for avoiding this
leakage.
Last winter I changed the seal (part-no: 04.0132) to get rid of this little anoyes leakage.
The result was that is now leaking more than ever.
What can I have done wrong, ? I'm sure I did not put it in the wrong way.
Is there some other and better solutions than this (part-no: 04.0132) ?

Did you also replace the countershaft sprocket spacer 04-0131?

How "small" is the leak?

I always use Threebond on the sleeve I.D. to plug that leak path.

Sprocket nut is tightened well?

The seals don't seem to last. I had the same problem develop a couple years after replacing the seal and sprocket spacer. I'm thinking it got too hot and the rubber hardened up. Maybe someone has a cross reference to a viton seal.
