I don't believe anyone makes a decal for the stripes. Painted stripes are not only original, but are not that much more difficult to apply. Use the thin plastic 3M tape to lay out the 3/8 inch and 1/16 inch stripes, mask on either side, and remove the layout stripes. Use some One-Shot sign paint to airbrush or use a striping brush, and bury it with clear.
I prefer to paint the Norton logo as well. It doesn't leave an edge in the clearcoat. Purists will say that is not original.
Remember these were painted by hand at the factory, so they were never perfect.
