Fork noise

When I put the bike on the central stand you can hear a noise (from the internal) that comes from within both forks.
I changed oil with a more dense but the noise persists.
What i must to do?.

After doing the top and bottom bump stop mods I found the 10w/30 gave a very harsh ride. 5w allows the forks to respond quickly but provides compression/rebound bump stops after the mods :D .

These extra long top bushes, will they fit with the Lansdowne dampers i have ?

Yes, they should do. I have the Lansdowne dampers and RGM extended top bushes in my Commando's forks.
