Fireflake Blue - Alternative supplier

Hi Folks,
does anyone know an alternative to House of Kolor F22 as a match for Fireflake Blue?
My painter uses PPG who claim they can't match it. Are there any alternatives about?

If the fireflake colors are just colored flakes mixed into a clear,
what is to stop your painter doing that, the HOC flakes are available off fleabay ?

Anyone tried this, can't be far off.
Big flakes too, although bigger are available.
