Featherbed frame dimension question

My bare frame is now getting a few split welds seen to, does anyone know what this distance should be in a straight slimline frame, the line marked in blue between the 2 passenger footpeg holes. I know my frame has had a clout there, so I’d like to get it sorted. Thanks.

I recently purchased a Triton project with a 1966 Atlas frame. Someone has cut the shock and exhaust mounts off the frame. I have searched the forum and the web but can’t find enough information to fab replacement parts. Or is their someone that offers these parts for sale? Thanks for the help!

Not easy to measure! Chain guard and rear wheel in the way.
I get 10 1/8, +/- 1/8 inches. That would be from outside to outside of the brackets. Sorry I cannot be more precise.

Cut them off and weld 2 threaded bosses on either side to take alloy plates that you then make to suit. It’s a much neater / stronger way of mounting exhaust pipes, footrests, etc.

From outside to outside at the ends is 270mm on my Slimeline frame.
