Elektric starter for Atlas?

Is there any electric start device available for a Norton Atlas? An old man with RH sidecar wants to enjoy his bike a little longer but is unable to kickstart.

Probably of no use to you whatsoever, but I did see a converted Berkeley 3 wheeler with a 700 750 Royal Enfield engine. The engines featured Berkeley-design primary chain cases to accommodate a Lucas Bendix starter motor;
