I think it refers to the paint scheme?
New tires, shocks, mirrors, headlamp rim, some spacers, stainless spokes and fastener kit and you've got a beauty. But that USD price of 12,500, ouch! I wonder if this is typical for Australia?

Yep you could order that paint scheme on any roadster, 74 and later. Just finished painting my 74 like that.

There is a John Player Norton (NORTON, not "Special"); that's a '74 only MkIIa and looks about like this-

Then, there is a John Player Special, which is a rotary model sportbike from 1990; it looks like this-

Then there are numerous '74 and '75 model Commandos painted in a "John Player tribute" paint scheme as already mentioned, and linked in the original photo.

MANY people get carried away calling the JPN a JPS, and calling any Norton in white with red and blue stripes either a JPN or a JPS (typically JPS, even though the paint refers to the JPN).

The prices in Australia for Norton Commandos have gone throught the roof, its cheaper in the US of A because a lot more were exported to the US but here in Aussie land the prices are just keeping going up, but for that price they have to be in top noch condition but there are still some good ones around for under $10k, I looked at one last week for $10k but it was a very early Commando but it was a bisa with a lot of Atlas bits on it, it was really ruff, I just laugh at him but it was at a Harlie workshop and I am sure they will find a sucker to buy it for that price.

I forget the sellers name , but I think i have met him long ago, he imports all sorts of bikes from the US to AU and makes a healthy profit
reselling them in OZ. In Oz I have heard that paint job being referred to as JPN colors but it doesnt cut it for me.

White with red and blue are "the same COLORS as a JPN, and the stripes do have an angle, so...

...there can easily be confusion, apparently.

Norman White, who was at the factory at the time, told me that the original name for the red-white-blue colour scheme was the 'jubilee' and not the JPN.

I don't know, jus' passin' it on...

The John Player Norton scheme is based on Players No 10 which was a popular ciggie in the UK at the time.

Looks like a good marketing strategy. When I tried to open the mining farm, there were troubles with the products rather than delivery. I don't know why, but the price for video cards significantly increased since the beginning of the year. So, I spent almost 50% higher price for the product that was way cheaper a year ago. Luckily for me, I spent less money on delivery, because the local company gave me a huge discount. In addition to that, I was able to track any package at any time. So, can you explain more about your offer?

I wonder if the sponsor was troubled a bit with Peter Williams, as he smoked Will's Cigarettes.
