Will this work on my 72 750 Commando?

If you intend to buy either the [Edit:] Sure fire or Altair system then no.

"For low compression ratio engines (less than 9:1), two 12 volt coils connected in series can be used, but we strongly recommend running with two 6 volt coils connected in series or one 12 volt dual output coil with a primary resistance
of 3 to 4.5 ohms.
CDI type and some electronic ignition coils are incompatible with this system; for suitability check the primary resistance is 3 ohms or more (measure across the + and — terminals with a multimeter)."

Did it occur to you that the may be a reason it’s cheap, and expensive ones are expensive ?

Don’t Pazon, or at leat, your Pazon supplier, offer a compatible coil?

The concept is fine, but questions remain. The Pazon ignition will require a coil/coils of a specific resistance range. The unit
you are interested in does not specify it's resistance. In the economic real world, you get what you pay for. A first rate
double lead coil should go for around $75. cNw offers a pretty tidy coil set up which includes quality ht leads. There are others.

There is nothing wrong using the stock dual coil set up with the Pazon as long as they are rated 6 volt

Search the forum for a discussion of electronic ignitions and coils. It will be worth while.
