That's the Madass kit. All his stuff is top shelf and his customer service is good, too. He is a member in good standing here.

I fitted one to my 73 MkII. It's a very easy mod to do and the results are amazing. I'd recommend it to anyone.

I found a disc brake kit from "Bikepender1" on eBay. The price seems very attractive. Anyone here have experience with this kit?
Seller referred me here for recommendation.

The link to the kit is: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Norton-Commando ... SwYIhWlIDA

I have one on my MK111, rode it to the Rally in Asheville NC, last year, from the North Shore of Massachusetts. Highway, back roads, skyline Drive VA, and the Blue Ridge Parkway loaded with gear. Works like a modern brake system, a big improvement over the drilled OEM disc with a Magura master cylinder. If you ride a lot, you will need to stop a lot.

FWIW Madass also sells the master cylinder and hose separately for $150, installed that on my bike and it works great with the stock caliper.

(did this because the sleeved stock MC would sieze in very hot weather, not uncommon from what I've read here)

I also have a Madass front brake system for my Roadster( not fitted as yet) and a M/C kit from him for a standard Norton M/C which I use on my race bike, very effective.
Regards Mike

I purchased one from Don after looking over Commando 6868,s installation at a recent Rally. Installed it last weekend and was very impressed with the quality and ease of installation. It also works as advertised. I was astounded when the kit arrived from the Phillipenes in only three days. Highly recommended. Craig

I also have the Landsdown Damper Kit, I really notice the difference on curves when I hit some rough road, it stays on line. Anyone know if anyone has bought the rights to manufacture this great kit again?
