71 points ignition. At about 2miles bike completely dies. Won't start again until it coolsfor about 30 minutes .New coils ballast resistor condensers and plugs.both cylinders shut down .4000 original miles.hope you all can help. Thanks

Might want to check
Valve adjustment
Fuel flow
Fuel level in carb bowl

ignition switch corrosion, bad coil when it gets hot, poor grounding,...

If it's fuel related, it's easy to test. Fill a squirt bottle with fuel, remove the air filter, run the bike until it dies. Give a squirt of fuel into the mouth of both carbs and kick the bike over. If the fuel ignites and the bike trys to start (or starts) then it's a fuel issue. If the bike just drinks the fuel without a "pop", then your problem is likely ignition related...

I like the fuel tank vent for this, but a couple of long shots: try unhooking the large blue capacitor assuming you have one and go for a ride. Also try unhooking your zener diode, but keep the revs down so you don't pop any bulbs. Either of these components could conceivably short out based on temperature and pull your voltage down too far to run.

Check the bike has the insulating gaskets fitted between the head and inlet manifolds.

Do the carb bowls feel hot right after it shuts down? If so, do as Dave suggests to check good insulating gaskets mani to head and even put them mani to carb...can eliminate the o-ring if you add sealant.

Corroded ground. Eliminate the fuel cap breathing issue by unclicking it and driving the 2 .
