CROOKS IN ENGLAND?

I had no idea of all that, terrible.
I know me, and I know I'd make him physically suffer, if he'd trapped anyone close to me.
 
After the BHS pension debacle, pension fraud is seen as a very serious crime in the U.K. so I expect SG to be facing some significant criminal charges
Crimes involving money seem to receive far harsher sentences than most other crimes

Not to mention "proceeds of crime" where the court can and does retrieve the money back from the predator...... even giving extra jail time if he/she fails to pay up.
 
Feel sorry for all the staff who have been **** on from a grate height let’s hope some one steps in and people’s livelihoods can be saved .

I read they got some of Bernie Madoff's stash before he could hide it all. Had he had any indication his house of cards was about to collapse, he likely would have offshored the lot.
 
There are two kinds of businessmen - political and entrepreneurial. The former profits from laws, regulations, and bribery. The latter from innovation and offering a superior product.

Pension fraud is of the first kind.
