I have a set of Cosentino forks installed on my 750 Commando when I purchased the bike. I'm wondering if anyone would have a set of instructions for them for installation and set-up. as I would like to strip the front end down.
thanks Eddie

Just get in touch with Cosentino. He is very helpful with any questions you have. You are fortunate to have his fork conversion on your bike. I love the way they work on my motorcycle.

Eddie, I think you mean you have Cosentino dampers in your Norton forks. So, the rebuild of the forks and sliders themselves are the same as the commando fork rebuild procedure. It looks more intimidating than it is. You disassemble, clean everything, replace or upgrade the slider bushings, replace the seals when you reassemble the forks and sliders.

As was said, you can contact Chris at Cosentino and probably get a set of instructions by email to install and set up his dampers.

If the damping in the rear suspension units is not sufficient or does not work properly, it can feel as though there is a problem with the damping in the front forks. A bystander can sometimes see when the rear wheel is out of control. The rider cannot see the problem happening with their own bike, they only have feel.
