Commando Tank and Side Covers Steel-How much?

I was going to let my whole Commando go in one pile, lol, but I have a friend of mine who wants my side covers and tank. They are all three steel, but need to be repainted/sanded/etc. How much are they worth? I have seen prices up and down the range but I am not sure where they should be at. I don't want to take advantage of anyone, and was just looking for some advice on it.

The "market" varies, but a 3-piece set Roadster is in the neighborhood of $500 - $750, Interstate $100 more.
