Commando front guard into early Atlas with 7in fork centres

Hi, apologies if this has been done to death , did a search & didn't really find anything.

Anyway, my early Atlas with 7in fork centres is in need of guards F&R guards.

Front 1st, any around in Australia pref or does anyone know if any Commando guard will fit ?, I assume not as all Commando's are 7 3/8 , does anyone do a decent guard that fits ?

Rears, any around , pref in Australia ?

Atlas went to 7 3/8 centers in 1965, well before the first Commandos, so i think you will be wasting your time searching there.

What is a decent guard? A flat blade mudguard as per Commando design? The factory design is a hallmark of the Atlas/650SS and I suggest you keep the design, unless you want to create a caf'e bike.
Factory fitted mudguard had spart part no. NM24985D.

There are several sources for repro oem style mudguards and if need be, switching fork yokes to the later ones (7-3/8") is a simple task. They are easy to come by, and there are also fork yokes made of aluminium available, if you fancy an upgrade.
