Breather tube question

Getting ready to replace my oil lines and breather tubes with aftermarket high quality lines.
Old Britts lists the main lines at 12, 15, & 17 inches. Any idea the length of the two breather lines coming from the oil tank to the engine and oil tank to atmosphere?
This would help a lot when ordering.
(*I did measure the old ones off my tank and the were replaced with some non-standard lines by P.O.)

74 mk2. other than the CNW milled case mod, should use stock length.
