Bolt on upgraded forks?

None, that we know of (?)
You have to fit Covenant Conversion, Maxton, or manx damping to your existing forks.

A search for discussion on fork upgrades will return quite a lot of threads on this.
Strange that your suggestion hasn't been taken up by any of the main suppliers, long ago really.

Just now there is a thread on a fork cartridge conversion

Actually, although Maxton are more famous for re-valving existing forks, they do make new, ready to fit forks. They are based on Ceriani external appearances. You would have to fill in their spec sheet in order to order some, you'd then receive custom made forks that would bolt straight in.
I imagine there would be a lead time of a few weeks. Longer in the run up to the TT or MGP.
And they will not be a 'cheap' option for sure.

If you are not bothered about original looks , then get some jap forks from the local breakers ,,cost a fraction of be-spoke Norton ..some alterations will be required. Walking into a shop and getting Bolt on..will set you back over 2000 bucks.

any handy specs/measurements for the stock front end?

fork & yokes stem diameter/lengths, bearings & neck sizes?

It is quite easy to adapt modern forks. The bearing OD size is common and the ID sizes are plentiful. The big change is stem length. I modded a set of 1993 GSXR 750 forks, easy to do.
Bolt on upgraded forks?

The Cosentino Showa cartridge kit drops right into standard Commando forks with no mods to the original setup, adding shim stack technology, compression damping, rebound damping, and preload adjustment, and a multitude of spring rates available based on your riding style.
