I fitted the Masass kit to an extra MC, and may post my impressions in another thread, but wd like to get some advice before hooking it up.
RGM supplies a MC bleeder with their kit, which threads to the hose outlet, but is silent about how to disconnect this bleeder and then hook up to the hose without spilling fluid all over, figuring you will go through a complete system bleed anyway.
It looks to me that one cd attach a dry MC to the already filled hose, and then bleed just the MC, tapping it, working the lever, waving it around, etc. Can I do that without the risk of introducing a fat bubble that wd then require a complete system bleed anyway?

Yes.

The last time I replaced my M/C I installed it dry and then used a syringe and forced the fluid up from the caliper. Worked just fine. Just make sure you do not induce any air through the syringe. I would have preferred to bench bleed the M/C then install it, but I was worried about the possible mess.

Honda made a master cylinder banjo bolt that had a bleed nipple on the end of it so you could bleed the MC. IIRC they were M10 fine thread but you might be able to get in UNF to fit a lockheed MC. They make brake bleeding a load easier.

tie the lever back to the handlebars and let sit over night to expel air, this often works well
