Blast from the Past Ron Wood Flat Track Norton

These paired down off roadsters beasts are what I'm imprinted on as Norton lovers climax in peak of cast iron power plants. The big ole fat front tire worth is not lost on me either. Should be pointing down at front in my opinion but have decided to cut the Drouin's chin off like this one's primary to get back the lean angle w/o a cage in the way. Sure would like to put together a similar engine from Combat reenforced tested cases on hand. A bike like that makes a believer out of you hearing the motto " when in doubt POWER OUT!"

Would it be faster than a 500cc Jawa speedway bike ?

I just see that gas cap being in a real nasty place if you ever got into a rear ender.
