Any ideas what tank this is? (Anyone know the owner of this bike?)

closest guess is a Rickman tank
Yes another forum member mentioned Rickman.. You can get similar Rickman tanks but not exactly the same. I'm not a fan of the way the some of the tanks have that toothy bit and are very squared off and boxy looking but it seems to be a very popular choice for the bike!

Funnily enough I actually found all these photos (and saved them for reference) and I actually emailed that guy in the link. He put me in touch with a gentleman who makes fibreglass tanks. This guy seemed reluctant to make a custom tank, I think he said the one above (green) was a modified Ducati tank (but he didn't modify it). Anyway long story short I'm still looking for the red tank above which is different so far than what I've seen out there.
Was kinda hoping the owner of that bike was a forum member
