Another Badge fitted.
Another Badge fitted.
Saw these while while researching the Roadholder badges and bought one. Today rained all day so had a chance to fit it.

Hello , It looks like you are not running a trans/primary vent ? I thought the factory was installing them when you ordered your bike which is quite new isn't it ?

Mine was a leftover 2016 model that I bought in 2017. Do you have a pic of this vent?

Its the one my dad invented. Its now on every newer 961. See my manual “TRANSMISSION VENT 961”. You can get a vent from CNW COLORADO NORTON WORKS. Install yourself very easy to do.

I'm looking at the Vent PDF now Richard and wondering where the vent line terminates on the Dominator. Is there a hole in the airbox for it like the regular 961 ?

On the old Domi say 2015/2016 there is a vent at the top L/H corner
Not on the new ones though. Not sure when it changed.

You can drill a hole in the CF airbox and put a gromit in it to hold the hose in place or as some are doing
Running it over to the R/H side and let it hang down there.
Do not hang in on the L/H side in case oil come out and go’s over the rear brake.

Gotcha. I'll take a look later and see what I got. Thanks
