Andover counter service

just visited Andover to buy some heavy parts and carry them back to Aus ...it was great to see the shop and visualise the place having just done online purchasing before..the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and one of the guys even gave me a lift to Andover train station to help me on my way...great service and many thanks Andover

Have only dealt with them online but always prompt service. It's nice to see your positive feedback of them and Angela Hemmings (in other thread) - we often only see the bad stuff posted on forums. Most of my stuff comes from RGM - only positive experience of them too.

Good to hear, I have always been happy with my dealings with them. Their site makes it easy to find items and order parts. Also Old Britts and their site have made it so easy with the tech stuff, I have copied much of it and have them in a 3 ring binder. Ella and Fred are the best.

Soon to be at a bigger better premises

I recently ordered some parts from Andover. Ordered on Tuesday, received Friday in Ohio! Very well packed, order complete. Well done!
