Had a good time (ins spite of the wind) at the AHRMA races at Willow Springs Raceway this weekend. There were several Norton twins in attendance, but I only managed pictures of some of them.
This is the Commando racer from Cyco Racing, a very tidy race bike that's been around for a while.
This is Dennis Donahoe's featherbed with Commando engine from the Salt Lake City area.
And Tom Kullen's Commando from Park City. That's Tom in the picture.
And my friend Jeff Law's featherbed with Commando 920 motor and modern fork update. The other bike in the picture is my home-built Sound of Singles racer, that Jeff was also riding.
This is an early Seeley Norton that Yoshi Kosaka of Garage Company brought, but had some issues and didn't get raced.
This is a shot of our pit area. I camped at the track in the motorhome and had a great time. Wish I could have had one when I was racing. I'm off to the AHRMA race at Sonoma in a couple days, and I'll try to take more picutres there.
