I just ordered Stator RM24 47252 and Rotor 54202299 and will be using that with a 3 Phase Podtronics Reg/Rect. Has anyone purchased same and checked voltage output.
I know what its supposed to put out but I'd like first hand experience from anyone
who is using same items and checked the actual voltage

Don,
This is from 2013 when I first installed that same system

With lights off:
1500 rpm- 13.36 v
2000 rpm- 14.1
2500 rpm- 14.4
3000 rpm- 14.4

Lights on (H-4 halogen, low beam)

1500- 12.07
2000- 13
2500- 13.41
3000- 13.48

I’m using LED lights now so I expect the number to be higher in the “lights on” category. Tank is off the bike at the moment so I can’t test anything.

thanks for that Pete. I have 100% LED lights fitted also
With elec start and Boyer ignition I need as much voltage on start up as can be achieved.
My ignition is crankshaft mounted. If I could of fitted a TriSpark etc life would of been easier.

Don,
FWIW
stock starter, 6 gauge wires, Boyer analog, Oddessy battery and that charging system, bike starts great. You should be fine. Just get the highest output battery you can.
