The 2016 International Norton Owners Association Rally(INOA) will be held July 11-16th, 2016 at the Quincy, CA Fairgrounds.
Pre-Registration web site: http://www.nortonrally.com/inoa-rally-2016

Ill be there, have a campsite reserved for the week. 150mi from my house, ridden in that area for years, nice roads.
Im in NorCal NOC (newbe), Ill be helping a bit.
Looking forward to meeting fellow Norton fanatics.

As far as motels, the Ranchito is full now. I managed to get a reservation at the Lariat and still some rooms remain there. I will be arriving on Monday July 11 in the late afternoon. Likely Harry will have me doing some club duty during the week. My combat roadster is ready to go, wasn't running very well in Wyoming two years ago.

I just registered for myself and my grandson. Lack of sewer connections or dump sites for the motorhome is disappointing, but I'm sure we'll manage to have a good time no matter what. Now I just have to finish the second MK3 so we both have Nortons to ride.

ilf8ed,

That would be a real coup...let's hope it comes true. I told Harry to mention to PW that we're planning on bringing his earlier F750 racer to the rally. Perhaps that will help provide some incentive? And PW is now engaged in replicating his monocouques for sale so maybe the stars will align properly.

Keeping my fingers crossed in Davis,

C-ya, Jer

Psst. Heard Peter Williams attending is a possibility.

Hey Ken and David' there is a great write up in the new Motorcycle Classics magazine this month about Peter Williams and his bikes. Check it out, also who's going to this years rally? Can't wait myself, looks like an awesome place to ride. Chuck.

Jerry Doe,

What bike are you taking to the Quincy rally so I can find you. I'm on "Illf8ed" (licence plate) - red '72 roadster.

David

Hi David,

I am not sure which bike I am taking yet. Yesterday i rode 300 miles on my recent 750 restore. I have 800 miles on it now. Its running very well. I might take the 750. I am going to ride it a few hundred more miles between now and Quincy and if it is still holding up, that is the one. I am very impressed so far. It goes well. I have a weird problem, squeak from primary when pulling away. I think i will post about it in main forum...

Do you have room for both bikes?

No room for both. My good friend Glen is coming too and we are going to borrow a 2 bike trailer I think.

Can't be I've had to be at work 6 & 7 days a week for two months & am going to just barely have my 850 back on the road with something like maybe 100 miles on it after installing the rebuilt head and new Amals before leaving this weekend for the show in Quincy. I've re torqued the head after a warm up & again after 20 miles so I'm going to try to put about 100 miles or more on it Saturday and re-torque it again before leaving on Sunday!!! Down to the wire and not finished the way I would like to have had it but hopefully good enough for some rides up North... Thank you Jerry for the help and Jim Comstock for the great head work... Carbs aren't even completely dialed in & the bike already flies way faster... Going to be a great show & I am looking forward to meeting some forum members up there too. Glenn T.S.

Just got back from a decent ride on my 750. That is the bike I am taking for sure :)

Looks like it will only be one Norton for us this year. I'm nowhere close to finishing the second one. We'll have the dark green MK3 with silver lettering, mostly for my grandson to ride, and I'll bring along my Kawi Ninja 650 twin for the old guy. See you there.

Ken
