Anybody know of an internet site with scanned period magazine road test / articles on the 75 MK3?
No...but, there's a book that has some!

Commando75, I like your avatar, it should have a caption like this: "two heads are better than one"
Thanks Jean. I posted this pic on my Facebook page a while back with the caption "Against my better judgment, I decided to pull my own head off."
Check out the "Norton Scrapbook" it's $15 including shipping from www.ClassicBikeBooks.com they may also have the Norton Portfolio as well as classic bike magazines from the UK. Very good folks and service is first class.
May not be exactly what you're looking for, but here's a few links…

I've probably got most of the tests in the UK press or are you looking for the US magazines ? There was quite a difference in style in those days !
Are there any German, French, Swedish, Italian or other country motorcycle magazines with Mk3 articles?
Are any of the oldbritts listing of mk3 articles as online pdfs?
Certainly there must be more world wide magazine articles in 1975 about the Norton Mk3!
This list of 5 is from Old Britts.
Norton 850 John Player Special: Cycle Test, Cycle - Dec 1975
Norton Commando Mk 3: 10,000 km Test, Motorcycling Monthly - Nov 1975
The Cleancut Commando, Two Wheels - Oct 1975
Norton 850 Commando: Road Test, Cycle World - Dec 1975
Norton Commando Mk 3 Motorcycling Monthly - Dec 1975
Two Wheels magazine is apparently Australia.
Cycle, Cycle World is USA.
Motorcycling Monthly what country?
