I’m moving cross country and thought I’d gauge interest on this bike. Still may keep it, would love to restore, but not looking forward to shipping it to California.

I have limited mechanical knowledge, so I’m unable to give specifics on condition, but the bike has a strong engine. Hasn’t run since last summer.

Typical oil leakage and could use a new master cylinder gasket. Difficult to maintain battery charge when riding in the city, but it took me up to Beacon, NY and Bear Mt in NY from Jersey City several times last summer.

Sixth Street Specials got it running for me last spring and they Coswell coated the interior of the yellow gas tank which is it original. Red Gus Kuhn-style tank and seat included, condition of interior of the tank should be okay, but not sure. Has a disk brake upgrade.

Parked in heated garage blocks away from the Holland Tunnel in Jersey City if you’d like to see it. Serious inquires only please.
    Asking $6000.

Have you moved and what happened to the bike?

I have moved and brought the bike with me. Hoping to get it back on the road sometime this summer. Cheers.

I just saw your video. God, it makes me happy to hear one of those old beasts putter. Good luck with the move and the bike!
