1970 drum brake rim

I know that the 1970 front rim should be the 19 Dunlop MB41.
A doubt came me because i have found a 1970 commando drum hub laced on a 19 Dunlop MB11.

Could the MB11 be an MB41 with a bad stamping?

You could get away with using a BSA MB11 with a Norton 8" hub as the BSA was also for an 8" hub but the nipple size would be different . This would be done after it left the factory so a replacement not original.
