I know Paul (thanks to both have worked some years in the mountain bikes field) and his motorcycles are awesome, true masterpieces! 
His think about Vincent is worst as mine, but we had lot of e-mails two years ago , speaking about "reverse engineerinr" and our works, I look at him as a "genius" to take as example of how to do.

That is a very good description of what you see in picture #1 above.
There are a few people on this Norton forum of that caliber. Sadly, I admit that I am not one of them.
