besides me, there are 3 others here that obviously don't know what it is either.
Personally, I think that it's kinda cool! Definitely different!

Kinda resembles an even uglier version of an ariel leader or the aremacchi chimera.

Looks like someone took a cartoon motorcycle as a blueprint. I didn't know the Nazis were into drugs during the war.
