Right , anti skid brakes need to be turn offable , to drive fast in snow or gravle. Ask a Rally Driver .
And as I was noticed at 100 metres dressed as a hood , matt black etc , and consistantly had snots
carve up & try on , when the yellow waterproffs worn , Id hold the bar.turds liable .

Save the World . Ban CARS . make Motorcyles compuslary , or two years / 20.000 miles before elegable for CAR liscence .
The one rule to the exception , is theres the exeption to each rule .

That point was made loud and long but bureaucrats know better, they stated something along the lines that not much off road riding happened in Europe so it was in the greater good to ensure that the ABS couldn't be turned off on the road.
I hate this Nanny knows best attitude that Govt's are increasingly adopting.

ABS brakes suck big time for anyone but total novices and drunkards on bikes ANY time not on perfect surface and tire conditons, DAMHIK in cars and bikes on Gravel, grass, snow and mud. I recently pulled the plug on ABS unit on my sedan as pulling a light m/c trailer was dicey to stop as planned with ABS functional. I put a white towel on back of my luggage on travels and plan a big white patch logo on jacket soon. Oh yeah and a raccoon or skunk tail on a pole with LEDs too.
Throw yourself at the ground and miss!
